Community Benefit Program
Our Community Benefit Programs are rigorously vetted and managed to ensure that patients are qualified to participate. We’ll also provide you with transparent reporting and continuous audit support for a full picture of drug costs and outcomes.
How does the Community Benefit Program work?
Community Benefit Programs are established by you to support under-insured and uninsured members of your community. The program provides these patients with reduced or no-cost medications, according to subsidy levels you set and can range from partial to full coverage. Many covered entities tie this to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to determine eligibility, and Wellpartner can make recommendations on how to set up tiers to reach patients who need assistance the most.
Community Benefit Programs are easy to set up and easy for patients to use.
Our clients can visit the 340B Clarity® portal to perform internal audits and ensure that only eligible prescriptions and correct subsidies are provided. Our built-in adjudication processes can assist with:
- Strict qualification methods that prevent diversion
- Program flexibility that supports multi-tier subsidy programs and meets your community’s needs
- Transparent, real-time reporting on qualification and prescriptions to demonstrate impact
- Audit support and historical compliance records on program value
