The program provides these patients with reduced or no-cost medications, according to subsidy levels you set and can range from partial to full coverage. Many covered entities tie this to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to determine eligibility, and Wellpartner can make recommendations on how to set up tiers to reach patients who need assistance the most.
