• Internal systems and controls: Examine utilization files, encounter files, ADT system processes and qualification rules for TPA software maintenance. Also review diversion prevention method as applicable by HRSA.
• Revenue cycle and billing management: Assist with crosswalk maintenance and update as needed.
• Contract management: Analyze vendor agreements and provide best practices.
• Finance: Evaluate enterprise financial tools and processes
